Since 2001, HDI Technologies has manufactured electromechanical subassemblies, power cables, and harnesses, from the simple to the highly complex, for a range of industries, from energy (storage, transformation, distribution, and management), industrial equipment, and transportation, to conventional and electric specialized machinery, non-flight aerospace equipment such as flight simulators, test rigs, and airport loaders, as well as for the medical field. Our resources excel at analyzing customer plans and specifications and launching production using work procedures developed by an expert team that is the envy of major customers. Energy
We support customers in the development and production of high quality, innovative products used to manage corporate and consumer demand for green energy around the world. We assemble control panels, power cables, and electrical and communication harnesses for projects in the fields of security, energy storage and transformation, and solar energy production. We are proud to help decarbonize the planet by taking part in large-scale renewable energy projects.
Industrial Equipment
We assemble electromechanical products for industrial equipment manufacturers whose products and expertise are used in simulation equipment, data centers, and distribution, automation, and production centers. Our multidisciplinary team has the knowledge to provide dynamic support to customer engineering and purchasing departments so that together, we can meet the many requirements of these industries.
Transportation
The diversity of equipment for the transportation industry calls for remarkable expertise and flexibility from all our employees. Since its early days, HDI Technologies has positioned itself favorably for major customers in the aerospace field. Our products travel the world with our customers. These technologies help train airline pilots, test flight systems, and load cargo at airports. Dealing with customers’ exacting quality and reliability requirements is a daily occurrence at HDI. We apply our technical and production expertise to manufacture micro harnesses, control levers, and other products, from the simple to the complex, required for medical simulators and equipment.

ISO 9001 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of our organization to consistently satisfy customers and other stakeholders. In simple terms, ISO 9001 certification provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time.
IPC
The IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard prescribes practices and requirements for the manufacture of cable, wire and harness assemblies. The standard describes materials, methods, tests and acceptability criteria for producing crimped, mechanically secured and soldered interconnections, and the related assembly activities (corresponding lacing/restraining criteria) associated with cable and harness assemblies.

The role of the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) is to be the essential source of technical information for the international marine industry.
